Shipping

Every jar is made fresh after you order it, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be compounded, labeled and shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email the day it ships.

Shipping is $10 per order plus $1 per item, calculated at checkout. We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Because these products are fresh and free of synthetic preservatives, keep them out of direct sun and heat once they arrive. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@scheal.com with a photo and we will make it right.

Returns

Every jar is made fresh for you, so I want it to be right. If it isn't, write to hello@scheal.com within 7 days of delivery and I will refund the price of the product.

Returns are accepted on one jar per order, sent back within 7 days of your note. Shipping is not refunded. Sets are returned as a set. Spa treatments and gift cards are final.

If a jar arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and I will replace it at no cost.
